Pregnancy Yoga


Yoga is an ancient practice designed to enhance mental, physical and spiritual health through movement, breathwork, meditation and ethics. Many women are drawn to yoga during pregnancy as they seek something that is going to benefit them in all of these ways, most attendees will be doing a yoga class for the first time. The classes are tailored for pregnancy, with a focus on easing ailments, learning tools and techniques for birth along with sharing experiences. With classes in Congresbury, North Somerset & Cheddar, Somerset, ZenWoman pregnancy yoga classes have been described as 'Heaven', 'A Sanctuary' and a 'class not to be missed when pregnant'.

Mother’s Blessing


A beautiful way to celebrate your pregnancy, as an alternative to a traditional 'Baby Shower', a Mother's Blessing brings the focus onto the Mother. The underlying intention of a Mother's Blessing is to fill her with love, strength, support, and encouragement as she embarks on this special journey. Gather your nearest and dearest to help you celebrate your pregnancy, through group activities that captivate love and support the mother to be, she will be feeling like the Goddess she is, fully nurtured and embraced by her loved ones.

Brilliant Birth Partner Workshop


This empowering and practical workshop is designed specifically for birth partners who want to feel confident, calm and truly supportive during pregnancy, labour and birth. Together we explore how partners can play an active role, both physically and emotionally, through massage, movement and comfort techniques that make a real difference. You will also gain practical tools for keeping the birth space positive and safe, learn how to advocate effectively, and feel prepared to handle the unexpected with confidence. By the end of the session, you will leave not only with knowledge, but with hands-on skills that help you become the steady, reassuring presence every mother needs.

Birth Essentials Course


A childbirth preparation course that focuses on bringing you the essential tools, techniques and education for birth. The aim of the course is to plant those seeds of preparation, giving you a foundation of knowledge and tools to build on as you grow closer to the birth of your baby. This is also an excellent course as a hypnobirthing refresher, whilst also being a comprehensive course on its own. This course again can be taken as a group or privately on request and is spread over two sessions.

Birth Essentials Course for Parents

Breathing for Birth Workshop


A practical and empowering session designed to help you navigate labour with greater calm, control, and confidence. In this workshop, you'll discover the powerful connection between your breath and your nervous system, and learn how intentional breathing can positively influence your hormonal responses during labour. Through guided breathwork practices, we’ll explore a variety of techniques to support each stage of birth - helping you stay centred, reduce fear, and work with your body during the birthing process.

Whether you're preparing for your first birth or looking to deepen your connection to your body, this workshop offers a supportive space to build resilience and trust in your innate birthing power. Come alone or with your birth team, just one ticket per pregnancy.

Thrive after Birth - A Workshop for the Fourth Trimester


A two hour workshop designed to support pregnant families and new parents (bring the babies) navigating the early weeks and months after birth, the transformative fourth trimester. Hosted by Sam from ZenWoman, this workshop offers gentle, expert-led guidance on the often-overlooked areas of postnatal life. Sam will help you consider what to plan for, planting seeds rather than overthinking and how to create a support system that truly meets your needs -emotionally, physically, and practically. We also welcome a panel of specialist guest speakers who bring wisdom and compassionate advice from their areas of expertise:
