Women’s Circle: Connect to Your Inner Child

You’re invited to a gentle and nurturing women’s circle as we reconnect with the tender, playful, and intuitive parts of ourselves - our inner child.

Within each of us lives a younger version of who we once were. The part that holds our earliest joys, curiosities, creativity, and also the places where we may still long for softness, reassurance, and care. This circle offers a compassionate space to reconnect with that part of yourself, with curiosity, kindness, and without judgement.

Together in circle, we will:

- Arrive with grounding and gentle breathwork to settle into the body and create a sense of safety

- Be guided through a soft visualisation to meet and connect with your inner child

- Explore reflective journaling to listen to what your inner child may wish to share or receive

- Share in circle, a space of gentle truth, witnessing, and supportive connection (always optional)

- Pull oracle cards for guidance and insight as we honour the wisdom within

- Close with a heart-centred ritual to offer compassion, reassurance, and loving presence to the younger parts of ourselves

Whether you are seeking healing, deeper self-understanding, or simply a moment to slow down and reconnect with your authentic self, you are warmly welcome.

Through grounding movement, soulful connection, delicious wholefood, soothing heat experiences and restorative relaxation, you are supported to shake off what no longer serves and welcome in fresh beginnings.

This is a day to slow down with intention, open your heart with gentle yoga, nourish your body with thoughtful food, and relax deeply in the warmth of the sauna and hot tub. Whether you’re seeking spacious calm, playful restoration, or simply time to breathe and be - this retreat is your invitation to awaken in body, mind and presence.
